The terms Yesslip is sold to a business under, and what happens when someone wants out. The terms between a business and the parents signing up with it are set by that business and appear on its own sign-up page.

Any of those reaches us — for questions, for support, and for cancelling a subscription.
What the service is
Yesslip is a system for running registrations, contracts, payments and invoices, for businesses that run camps, classes, workshops, birthday parties and after-school programmes. The business signs up, connects its own Morning account, and opens a public sign-up page of its own.
Parents’ payments are collected into the business’s own account and the invoice is issued in its name. Yesslip is not a party to the transaction between the business and the parent, and never holds registration money.
Who may register
The service is for businesses. Registration is open to anyone aged 18 or over who is authorised to commit the business they are registering for. Nobody under 18 may register for the service or use it.
Sign-in is with a Google account, and access to the account is the business’s responsibility — including whom it adds to its team and what is done with the permissions it grants.
How the service is delivered
The service is online. There is no physical product and nothing to ship, and it opens the moment you sign up: from then on you can set up an activity and open a sign-up page, with nothing to install and no wait for approval.
It runs in a browser, in Hebrew, with no app to install. We aim to keep it available at all hours; there may be interruptions for maintenance, and faults at the providers the service depends on.
Support is through the contact details at the top of this page, on business days. We aim to answer within the same business day.
Plans and prices
The subscription comes in three packages: Sign-ups at₪39, Collection at₪89, Recurring at₪129. Prices are in shekels per month and do not include VAT.
Paying a year ahead takes 12% off. The price agreed when you signed up keeps applying even if the price list on this site changes later; changing the price of a running subscription happens only with notice and agreement.
The trial
The registrations package opens with 30 free days. The packages that collect money run their trial until the first registration somebody actually paid for — that is, until the system has demonstrably done its job.
When the trial ends we ask for a card. Nothing is charged before that, and nothing is charged without a card you entered yourself.
How you are charged
Charging is a standing order on a credit card, through Morning, on the 5th of the month. Every charge produces an invoice in the business’s name and sends it over.
We do not store the card number. The payment provider issues a token, and the token is what we keep.
If a charge fails
We tell you and try again. After 3 consecutive failed charges the subscription may be suspended.
Until then the business’s sign-up page stays open, and once the trial is over there are 14 days to sort a card out before it closes. A parent half-way through a registration is not a party to a billing problem between us and the business, which is why the page does not close on the day a charge fails.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, with no penalty and no commitment period, by phone or by email at the top of this page.
Cancelling takes effect when your request reaches us: the standing order is cancelled at the payment provider, and nothing is charged for the period after it. The period already paid for keeps running to its end, so an activity in mid-flight can be finished.
Refunds
On a monthly subscription, cancelling stops the next charge. The month you cancelled inside is not refunded, and the service keeps running to the end of it.
On a yearly prepayment, cancelling stops next year’s renewal. For a pro-rata refund of months not yet used, write to us and we will answer within 14 days.
If you were charged in error — twice, after cancelling, or for an amount that is not the agreed price — we refund it in full.
Liability
We do our best to make the system work correctly and we fix faults reported to us, but the service is provided as it is, with no promise that it suits every purpose or runs without interruption.
The activity a business runs, the content it entered, the wordings it chose and its relationship with the parents are its own responsibility. The wordings the system suggests by default — including the cancellation text built from the numbers the business entered — are a help, not legal advice.
We are not responsible for faults, delays or outages at the third parties the service relies on: Morning, the payment provider, the banks, the hosting provider and the identity provider. We give no legal, accounting or tax advice.
In any event, and so far as the law allows, our total liability to a business will not exceed what it paid us on that subscription in the 12 months before the event.
The business’s data
What the business enters — registrations, contracts, payments, invoices — belongs to the business. We process it to run the service, and we neither sell it nor use it for anything else.
After a cancellation the data stays available to download. Deleting the business from the system, at its request, deletes the data with it.
Privacy and security
What a parent enters on a sign-up page is used for the registration itself, for producing the documents and invoices, and for the collection the business set up. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not passed to a third party for that party’s own purposes.
Data is encrypted in transit, each business has its own encryption key, and the separation between businesses is enforced by the database itself. A signed document is reachable only through a link carrying its own token, and ID numbers and phone numbers are not written to the logs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Israeli law, and any matter arising from them belongs to the competent courts in Israel.
